Natural stretch marks remedies
Cocoa butter has the natural ability to smoothen wrinkles and eliminate stretch marks from the skin. For stretch marks, just massage the affected areas with cocoa butter at least twice a day. The best time to use cocoa butter is at night. It takes about 14 to 30 days before you start seeing tangible results. However, how fast you get results depends on your skin and the degree of the stretch marks on your skin.
Olive oil is a natural moisturizer and it also contains some antioxidants and nutrients that are beneficial to the skin. You can apply the oil on the affected areas as often as possible. There is no need to rinse it off because of the nutrients that it contains.
The acid in lemon juice helps to eliminate or reduce the prominence of many skin blemishes and it also works for stretch marks. Sugar works well on stretch marks but you can even increase its efficacy by mixing it with lemon juice and almond oil. Add a tablespoon of sugar with a few drops of lemon juice and almond oil. Rub the mixture gently on the affected areas of the skin. Leave it there for about 10 to 15 minutes before you go and take a shower. You can repeat the therapy every day before you take a shower for at least one month.
Egg white is rich in certain amino acids that have the ability to repair damaged skin. You can apply it to stretch marks too. You may be lucky to see results in just two weeks or less than that. Whisk two egg whites properly and apply a thick layer of the substance on your skin. Wait until it dries up. Rinse it off with cold water. You can apply it twice a day. However, egg white leaves the skin dry so you may need to apply some olive oil after rinsing off the egg white to re-hydrate your skin.
Apart from its ability to eliminate all skin blemishes, Aloe Vera also softens the skin. So, you can treat your stretch marks with it. Mix 60 ml of Aloe Vera gel with the oil from 5 vitamin A capsules and oil from 10 vitamin E capsules. Apply the mixture to your skin once a day and leave it until your skin absorbs it totally.
